A standard hydrocolloid acne patch box carries 48 dots on one release sheet: 11 mm dots for whiteheads on the nose and chin, 12 mm dots for larger blemishes on the cheek. Stars, hearts, moons and butterflies are die-cut from the same sheet, so a mixed box costs no more than a round one.
Carton size is 83 x 83 mm and the sheet is 129 x 76 mm. Artwork, Pantone colours, window or hang-tab options and a QR link to your how-to-use video are all decided at sampling, and we send a printed mock-up before the run starts.
How a bulk order runs
Sampling takes 7-10 days from artwork approval; mass production takes 30-35 days after deposit. Each hydrocolloid acne patch batch is released with a COA, MSDS and, where needed, a CPSR for the EU market, and outer cartons are export-packed for FBA or 3PL intake.
Because the adhesive and the film are the two parts that decide whether a hydrocolloid acne patch stays on overnight, we keep both on incoming inspection: peel force, thickness and colour are checked per lot, and a wear test runs on every batch before packing.
